And we are off!

Arrived at terminal with little problem and Dave dropped me off...made my way to Royal Caribbean where there were large numbers of helpful people, taking luggage and directing you where to go next. My roommate, also named Barb, saw me and I was able to 'cut' in line so we were able to check in together...found out way on board and went to find lunch in the Windjammer restaurant, which is a huge buffet.

We were able to get into our room by 1 pm and divest ourselves of carry on luggage.  We then wandered the ship until mustering time.. By the time that was over it was nearly time to leave so we ventured up to the swimming pool area for a celebratory drink before heading to the welcome from our quilting hosts...delicious dinner followed in the main dining room. Our table is right by the window on the port side and our dinner companions are fellow quilters..

We retired to our room to find the rest of our luggage so we have unpacked and are now enjoying our balcony, though as night falls it is getting a bit cool!
